Question: How Expensive Are Window Coverings?

I know this from recent experience -- I just bought a house and had to get over 20 window blinds installed. These can range from $10 for cheap metal ones to $100+ for real wood plantation blinds. I opted for faux wood blinds. They have the look of real wood but cost a lot less. I got mine installed for around $40 a blind and they look great. That meant I spend around $1000 for window coverings. This saved me a lot of money versus buying real wood blinds ($$$) or installing crap metal slats.
